The things parents ask us most. If yours is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
About the programs
The Foundation Program is for children aged 6 to 10. The Ramayan Program and Daily Shlokas run from 6 to 13.
So from 11 onwards, Ramayan is the option. Between 6 and 10 both are open, and then the choice is about what your child spends time on: Foundation ranges broadly across values, culture, yoga and life-skills; Ramayan goes deep into one epic. Compare the programs →
If your child is 11 or older, Ramayan — Foundation runs only to 10.\
\
Between 6 and 10 either works. Many families do Foundation first and Ramayan afterwards, but that is a preference, not a rule. If your child already loves stories and can stay with one, Ramayan suits them; if you want an all-round start, Foundation does that.
None. Sessions assume no exposure to shlokas, yoga or the epics. Children who already know some of it simply go deeper.
These sessions are a healthy respite from standard online classes. Most parents share that their children look forward to coming to these sessions. Besides these provide a sattvik time.
Joining and formats
Offline sessions, online sessions in parts A and B (and a combined A & B module), and sessions run inside an institution. See every format side by side →
It depends on the program. Foundation Online A and B can be attended in any order. Ramayan Part A must be completed before Part B, because it follows the epic in sequence.
Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya and Assamese.

If you would rather talk first, request a callback and we will help you choose the format, language and timing that suits your child.
Fees vary by format and location. Request a callback and we will tell you what applies to the option you are considering.
Sessions and follow-ups
Each session weaves several strands together: an inspirational story, a shloka or chanting with its meaning unpacked, a yogasana or breathing practice, a game or hands-on activity, and something drawn from our culture.\
\
Children sit in a circle, not in rows. There is no homework and nothing to revise.
Never. Nothing is graded and nothing is tested. Children pick up the shlokas and verses because they enjoy them, not because they were asked to learn them.
Children who have completed a program keep the practice alive together in monthly online sessions, in English and Hindi. Join the follow-up group and you will get the joining link for every session.
For institutions
Yes — at schools, residential societies, NGOs, children’s homes and community centres. The content stays the same; the schedule, session length and logistics are shaped around what works for you.\
